You will receive your items within 10 BUSINESS DAYS, but custom orders can take up to 15 BUSINESS DAYS.

Metals do tarnish so to ensure long lasting wear avoid salts, bleach, sulfur, and keep dry. If jewelry does come in contact with these elements immediately rinse in water and dry thoroughly.

The item will always have a description indicating the materials that make up the product and is located on the product page. We do offer 925 sterling silver (reccomended!) which is hypoallergenic, and high in quality.

Preorders are items that are not currently in our inventory, but you can order them prior to. We offer this option to ensure that we order the proper amount of products from our vendors.
